Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare

Call of Duty 4:
Modern Warfare
This game truly does use the awesome graphics engine of the PS3, and boy do they use it. It is probably the most photo-realistic game I've ever seen. Oh yeah, and the gameplay is fantabulous!!!
If this game had two things, it would honestly be the best online shooter EVER IMO. First, if it was a 3PS (Third-person shooter) that would add so much depth to the game. As it is now, you totally have no peripheral vision. Yes, I know that's the way it is in all FPS (First-person shooters). I'm just saying this would make it better. Secondly, if this game had a Lobby System, ala the SOCOM series. If you're a fan of the SOCOM series, you know what I'm talking about. If this game was 3PS and had a lobby system, it would be an unstoppable juggernaut!!!
As it stands, it is still an awesome game with great playability, graphics, and overall presentation. "I give it a 9 - I like the beat, and you can dance to it!"
This game has many great features, and once you get the hang of things, it truly in wonderful. You start off your online campaign with the basics, and as you play more and more games, and do well to boot, you get these little things called "Perks". Perks are things that make you a little better, and makes things a little easier, as your online player progresses. You get credit for being in matches, but the best thing is, your accumulated points are based mostly off of your skill. There's also little "bonus objectives" in the game that you accomplish just by playing a certain way and doing certain things. The more perks you get, the better things get for you. As you get points, you move up their ranking system and you unlock various weapons to us. When you do this, you make up your own class and can outfit your character with whatever weapons you want.
When you're playing a game did you ever say, "How the hell did I die?!?!?!". Well, if you did, you're in luck, when you get killed you get to see who shot you, where they were, and exactly how you died. You also get a brief glimpse of their activities before they killed you! Another exciting bonus from this game.
There is so much more to say, but I want to go back to playing the game. So, I'll let you go out there and try it for yourself!!!
